The Jordan Chamber of Industry and Relevancy organized a three-day practical sales and customer trust course led by consultant Abdallah Battah.

A specialized training course on sales skills and building customer trust has concluded after three days of intensive practical learning. Organized by the Jordan Chamber of Industry in partnership with Relevancy, the course was delivered by consultant Abdallah Battah. The program connected marketing plans with the day-to-day work of sales representatives. Its practical approach followed the sales journey from understanding a customer and starting a conversation through handling objections, closing a sale and following up on results. The aim was to examine these skills in the context of real market situations rather than treat them as abstract concepts. What the training covered Preparing marketing plans and aligning them with sales representatives' plans. Managing the sales funnel in practice. Analyzing customer personas and adapting interactions to them. Conducting a sales call from start to finish with an appropriate approach and body language. Professional sales-closing techniques. Telephone selling (telesales). Handling objections thoughtfully. Measuring performance and analyzing results. Using Zoho CRM to follow up with customers and record notes. Dividing responsibilities within the team to support stronger coordination. Together, these topics presented sales as a connected process: preparation, conversation, follow-up and review.
