The Jordan Insurance Federation concluded the first program in its 2023 training plan at its headquarters. Focused on digital marketing and its practical application to insurance companies, the course ran for three days and totaled 16 training hours. It brought together 21 participants representing nine insurance companies operating in the market and the Federation. Digital marketing consultant and trainer Abdallah Battah and Ramzi Al-Ghoul of Solidarity First Insurance Company took part in the program. Day one: Digital marketing foundations The opening day introduced the internet and digital marketing strategy, website design and development, web analytics, and conversion optimization. Day two: Search engine optimization The second day examined how search engines work, keywords, organic search results and the value of SEO. It covered technical issues that affect visibility, technical SEO, 15 key optimization tasks, on-page and off-page SEO, and how to assess the need for an SEO specialist.
