Supported by Jordan's Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, a GIG training journey from Mafraq to Amman aimed to equip 200 women with digital marketing and AI skills.
A training journey under the GIG program set out to empower 200 women in Jordan with digital marketing and artificial intelligence skills. Supported and sponsored by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, and held in partnership with Dar Abu Abdullah and Tkiyet Um Ali, the initiative aligns with the national vision for economic modernization and faster digital transformation championed by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II. From Mafraq to Amman The journey began in Mafraq Governorate and concluded in Amman. Across its training activities, participants explored digital marketing and AI tools: areas that are increasingly relevant to how people build skills, develop ideas and take part in a changing economy. The program was designed to provide women with future-facing skills that can strengthen their competitiveness in the labor market and open up possibilities for entrepreneurship and innovation. These goals also support a broader effort to make digital development more inclusive across the country.
